I can’t find a student’s name when I try to create a service log. What do I do?
First, check that the provider is assigned to the student. Go the Agency Scheduler window and click Add by Student. Select the student’s name in the Select Student field, then click Retrieve Student Results. If the provider’s name is not listed in the student’s record, select the provider’s name in the Add New Provider field, then click Add Provider. If the provider’s name does not appear, contact DOE to add new providers in eCSSS.
I accidentally created a service log for the wrong provider or student. What should I do?
From the Service Logs dashboard, you can search for the service log and edit the fields within one year before today’s date.
